Cleaning in Madrid, arranged in English

Moving to a new city is hard enough without having to explain, in a language you are still learning, exactly what you need cleaning and when.

Write to us in English. We will answer you in English, quote in English and turn up when we said we would.

What we clean

Your home

• Regular cleaning, weekly or fortnightly, with the same person whenever possible.
• One-off deep cleans, top to bottom.
• End-of-tenancy cleaning for when you hand the keys back — the kind landlords inspect properly.
• Small repairs while we are there: a blind, a tap, a bulb you cannot reach.

Your business

• Offices, shops and clinics, outside your working hours.
• Communal areas of apartment buildings: entrance halls, stairs, lifts, bins, garages.

Specialist jobs

• Windows at height. Blinds and shutters. After-builders cleaning.
• Sofas, mattresses and rugs. Solar panels.

How it works

1. You tell us what you need. A WhatsApp message is enough — a photo of the room, the size of the flat, or just “I move out on the 30th and need the deposit back”.
2. We give you a price. A clear figure for the job, not an hourly rate that grows. If we need to see the place first, we say so and the visit is free.
3. We come and clean. Same team each time where we can. You do not need to be there if you would rather not.

Where we work

Madrid city and: Pozuelo de Alarcón, Las Rozas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Getafe, Alcalá de Henares, Coslada, Arganda del Rey, Leganés, Alcorcón, Parla, Móstoles and Fuenlabrada.

Not sure whether we reach you? Ask. If we do not, we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.

What it costs

It depends on the size of the place and how often we come, so we would rather give you a real number than a made-up “from” price.

Once we have seen the place, the price we quote in writing is the price you pay. No surcharge for cleaning products, and the same rate whether you ask us in Spanish or in English.
